1. This is to inform all prospective bidders that the bid submission deadline for the above-mentioned project has been extended. The details of the extension are as follows:
The old submission deadline was-------May 19th, 2026; 12 Noon
The new submission deadline is now 9th June 2026 at 12 Noon.
A Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for 21st May 2026, at the ID4D Conference Hall; Time 12 noon to provide clarification on the various aspects of the bidding document and the bidding process following numerous requests from prospective bidders.
2. All other terms and conditions of the bidding documents remain unchanged. We regret any inconvenience this extension may cause and appreciate your understanding.
3. The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Twenty-Five Thousand Naira or 15 USD within this period. The method of payment will be by direct payment to the following account details. The document will be sent by email.

4. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 12 Noon, 9th June 2026. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. The outer Bid envelopes marked “ORIGINAL BID” will contain two envelopes, one Technical and the other Financial. The inner envelopes marked “TECHNICAL PART” will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below at 12 Noon, on the 9th June 2026. All envelopes marked “FINANCIAL PART” shall remain unopened and will be held in safe custody of the Purchaser until the second public opening.
5. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security” of 70,000 USD or its equivalent in any freely convertible currency
6. Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder’s beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document.
