1.中国政府已从法国开发署（Agence Française de Développement, "AFD"）申请了一笔贷款，用于支付法开署贷款浙江开化钱江源头保护与美丽城镇互促发展示范项目，并计划将其中的一部分贷款/赠款用于支付第三包：外山和霞山村典型山村生态旅游吸引力开发项目合同项下的合格支出

1.The Government of People’s Republic of China has applied for the loan from Agence Française de Développement ("AFD"), toward the cost of Protection of Qianjiang River Source and Promotion of Sustainable Development around the District of Kaihua and Qianjiangyuan Nation Park and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to payments under the Contract for Lot 3: Development Project for the Ecological Tourism Attraction of Typical Mountain Villages in Waishan and Xiashan Villages.

2.CITIC International Tendering Co., Ltd. (as the Procurement Agent), entrusted by Kaihua County Liangshan Investment Group Co., Ltd. (as the Employer), now invites sealed bids from all eligible and qualified bidders for the works, goods and related services to be procured.

3.Bidding will be conducted through International Procurement Competition (IPC) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in ITB 4.

4.Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information, inspect and purchase the Bidding Documents at the address given below at 9:00 a.m.-11:30 a.m. and 13:30 p.m.-17:00 p.m. (Beijing Time) from April 10, 2026 to May 6, 2026 (weekends and holidays excluded).

(2) Having a safety production assessment certificate (B certificate) issued by the competent construction administrative department;

7.A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee RMB 6,000. The English version of the bidding documents shall prevail and the Chinese version is for reference only.
