The Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture of Georgia (MEPA) has received from Agence Française de Développement ("AFD"), a financing delegated by the European Union, and intends to use part of the funds thereof for payments under the following project Sustainable and Inclusive Irrigated Agriculture Development Programme in Georgia (SIIADPG) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Consultancy Services of the - Support to the implementation of the Iori-Alazani and development and implementation of the Kura/Mtkvari River Basin Management Plan.

The Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture of Georgia (MEPA) now invites eligible candidates to submit the Proposal to provide the following consulting services (hereinafter called “Services”): Support to the implementation of the Iori-Alazani and development and implementation of the Kura/Mtkvari River Basin Management Plan.
Eligibility criteria to AFD financing are specified in sub-clause 1.3 of the "Procurement Guidelines for AFD Financed Contracts in Foreign Countries", available online on AFD’s website: http://www.afd.fr.

The Proposals must be submitted no later than: June 10, 2026, at 15 hrs. Tbilisi time.
