Invitation for Bids

The Joint Stock Company “Uzsuvta’minot” and Joint Stock Company “Navoy Suv’Taminoti” have received funds from the Agence Française de Développement ("AFD") towards the cost of the Sanitation Development Project in the cities of Shakhrisabz, Kitab, and Karmana, Uzbekistan. It is intended that part of the proceeds of these funds will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for ‘Construction of Sewage Network in Karmana City’, Ref. No. SDP/RFB/04.
1. Joint Stock Company “Navoi suv ta’minoti” now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the Construction of Sewage Network in Karmana City ("the Works").
2. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address below: office of AFD PIU – branch of JSC “Uzsuvtaminot”:

3. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be obtained by interested Bidders by submitting a written application to the e-mail address above. The documents will be made available in electronic format only.
4. Bids must be delivered to the above office on or before 16:00 hrs. local time on 24 July, 2026 and must be accompanied by a Bid security of 160 000 Euro or in equivalent amount of Uzbek sum using the exchange rate published by the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The date for the exchange rate shall be twenty-eight (28) days prior to the date of deadline for bid submission.
5. Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 16:00 hrs. local time on 24 July, 2026 at the offices of AFD PIU – branch of JSC “Uzsuvtaminot”.
6. The provisions in the Instructions to Bidders and in the General Conditions of Contract are the provisions of AFD's ‘Standard Bidding Document for Procurement of Works’.
7. Only eligible Bidders with the required minimum key qualifications should participate in this bidding procedure. Pass-Fail qualification criteria will be used to check responsiveness of Bids
