1. The Ministry of Local Administration of Jordan (hereinafter called "Client") has received financing from the EU through the Agence Française de Développement ("AFD") toward the cost of the Solid Waste Project (SOWP) and intends to apply a portion of the proceeds of this financing to eligible payments for the provision of Training Services on Technical, Financial and Organisational Aspects of Solid Waste Management to Strengthen the Capacity of SOWP Beneficiaries’ Personnel during the period 2026-2027 (hereinafter called “Services”).
Details on the Services are provided in the Terms of Reference (RFP, Section VII).
