The Ministry of Local Administration (MoLA) invites international and Local consultancy companies willing to participate in this RFP to submit their proposals according to the RFP instructions / requirements with providing the followings:
1. Submit valid classification certificates from Jordanian Government Tenders Department (or equivalent for non-Jordanian companies), with the following specialties: Grade (1) in Environment.
2. Submit valid classification certificate from Jordanian Engineers Association for Jordanian consultancy companies (or equivalent for non-Jordanian companies).
3. Submit valid careers license for Jordanian consultancy companies (or equivalent for non-Jordanian companies).
This RFP is open for local Jordanian and international consultancy companies according to the Jordanian government procurement by-law No. 8 of 2022, international (non-Jordanian) companies must contract (as a consortium /JV) with qualified local companies duly, which have permission to do similar services in Jordan and have a valid classification certificate with specialties: Grade (1) in Environment, from Jordanian Government Tenders Department
This RFP has been published in accordance with Article 24 of the Bylaw through: the Government Electronic Portal (JONEPS).
