Open International Bidding

The Central Electricity Board is inviting bids from eligible and qualified bidders through the Government e-Procurement System for the Procurement of 3000 X 2.0 kWac Grid-Tie Roof- Mounted Solar Photovoltaic Kits in the Republic of Mauritius.

Bidding documents may be downloaded from the e-Procurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system is CEB/IFB/2021/3850

Bids shall be submitted online on the e-Procurement System by Wednesday 09 March 2022 up to 13.30 hours (Mauritian time) at latest.
Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids as from Wednesday 09 March 2022 as from 14.31 hours (Mauritian time) till Friday 11 March 2022 at 14.00 hours (Mauritian time).

Bids will be opened online on the EProcurement System on Friday 11 March 2022 as from 14.01 hours up to 18.00 hours (Mauritian Time) in the presence of the bidders/bidder’s representatives at the address given hereunder:

The Central Electricity Board reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of the Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to any Bidder.
