The Economic Community of West African States ("ECOWAS") Commission has received financing from the European Union ("EU") and the Agence Française de Développement ("AFD") toward the cost of the ECOWAS Agroecology Program in West Africa, and intends to apply a portion of the proceeds of this financing to eligible payments under the Contract for which this Request for Proposals ("RFP") is issued.

ECOWAS now seeks Proposals to provide the following consulting Services : Final evaluation and cross-cutting capitalization of the projects funded by the Agroecological Transition Support Project (PATAE) in West Africa within the implementaiton of the ECOWAS Agroecology Program (PAE), hereinafter referred to as the "Services". More details on the Services are provided in the attached Terms of Reference (see RFP, Section VII).

In the event of any discrepancy in interpretation betwen the French and the English version of the documents, only the French version shall apply.

The Consultant must submit:
- The Technical Proposal in: one (1) original and one (1) digital copy (CD or USB flashdisk);
- The Financial Proposal in: one (1) original and one (1) digital copy in pdf and excel (CD or USB flashdisk).

The Proposals will be opened in the presence of the applicants who wish to do so on the June 8, 2022 from 15:00 GMT at the same address as mentioned above.
The online opening option is not offered.
