1. EDM has received funds from the Agence Française de Développement (the French Development Agency) towards the cost of Rehabilitation of Training Centres of EDM in Maputo and Chimoio

It is intended that part of the proceeds of these funds will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for Electrical Laboratory in Maputo and Chimoio

2. EDM now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of Electrical Laboratory in Maputo and Chimoio (“the Goods”).

3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of Direcçao da Academia da EDM, academy@edm.co.mz and inspect the Bidding Documents between the hours of 8:00 Am to 3:00PM.

4. The provisions in the Instructions to Bidders and in the General Conditions of Contract are the provisions of the Agence Française de Développement’s Bidding Documents for Procurement of Goods.

5. Bids must be delivered to the above office on or before 02:00 PM on 27th of September 2022 and must be accompanied by bid security

6. Bids will be opened in public and in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 02:05 PM at the offices of EDM Academy Directorate, Av. Eduardo Mondlane corner with Av. Amilcar Cabral, 1352, Second Floor, Room 2 (note: Entry from Amilcar Cabral side),
