1. TENDER PURPOSE:
NRC being member of NATAFA3AL Consortium that is funded by the Agence Française de Development (AFD) is seeking to establish a Long Term Agreement (LTA) or to have a preferred supplier that can offer competitive prices for supply of snacks and to be delivered all over Lebanon as a part of Natafa3al Learning activities that will be implemented in twenty (20) schools in Lebanon.

2. LIST OF ITEMS:

The service provider can provide snacks to students in one or several lots per area and choose one of the four categories or all.

3. TENDER DOCUMENTS:
The complete tender dossier in the English language can be downloaded from NRC e-tendering website using the below link and before the deadline: October 26 2022– 08:00 (Beirut, Lebanon local time).

Any request for clarification must be received by NRC in writing via eTB link available also in downloaded file 0_LINK TO UPLOAD BID.pdf before 27/10/2022 15:00. at least 7 working days before the deadline for submission of tenders. NRC will reply to all registered bidders at least 6 working days before the deadline for submission of tenders.

4. MANNER OF SUBMISSION:
4.1. BID SUBMISSION: NRC will follow the two envelop process for this procurement. Failure to comply with the above submission instruction will lead to supplier disqualification immediately.
All interested and eligible firms are requested to submit their offers via eTB system (NRC e-tendering website).
Please submit your bid by uploading all files to the e-tender box web site - the link is included in the file named as “0_LINK TO UPLOAD BID.pdf “, which you downloaded together with this tender package.
Technical and Financial bids have to be uploaded in a separate designated fields, otherwise you offer will be disqualified.
Please reduce the file name length before uploading files, to avoid technical problems.
Files with the same file name cannot be uploaded.
After successful bid submission you will receive a confirmation e-mail from eTB system.

4.2. SAMPLES SUBMISSION
All interested bidders should submit ONLY ONE (1) set of samples (NO ALTERNATIVES) for all the categories they intend to bid for and only for the following items, otherwise their bid will not be considered:

5. DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF BIDS

Deadline for bids submission of bids is November 02, 2022 at 11:00 AM
All bids submitted after that date will be rejected by the system.
