4.1 General Experience
Experience in the role of prime contractor, JV member, subcontractor, or management contractor for at least the last 5 yearsending 31st March 2023.

4.2 Specific Experience
Eligible Projects aredefined as follows:
 Provision of continuous pressurised (24X7) water distribution services through city water distribution network with minimum 50,000 connections.
 Undertaken on BOT or BOLT or BOO or BOOT or DBFOT or Concession or EPC or EPC-cum-O&M, or DBO, or O&M or Management Contracts;
 The entity claiming experience should have held, in the company owning or the Consortium implementing the Eligible Project, 50% (fifty per cent) or more equity or partnership contribution during the entire year for which Eligible Experience is being claimed; and
 Performance Certificate is required for all references. Only the Performance Certificate issued by the Client shall be considered for the evaluation of technical bids.

4.2.1 Construction either as a contractor, JV partner, of projects that has either been successfully completed or substantial completion has been achieved, provided it meets any of the following conditions: One Eligible Project where the value of the Bidder’s participation exceeds INR 3,000 Million OR Two Eligible Projects where the value of the Bidder’s participation exceeds INR 2,300 Million each OR Three Eligible Projects where the value of the Bidder’s participation exceeds INR 1,500 Million each

9 In the case of a JV, the value of contracts completed by its members shall not be aggregated to determine whether the requirement of the minimum value of a single contract has been met. For instance, if the criterion mentions "two (2) contracts with a minimum value of 50M$ each", a JV composed of 3 members and having carried out four (4) contracts of 30M$ each shall not be qualified. On the other hand, if 2 of the 3 members of the JV each carried out one (1) contract of 50M$, the criterion is met, even if the third member does not have any contract of this value.
