Evaluation study of one of the project financed under SUNREF Housing India programme.
To give you the overview of evaluation mechanism, Agence Française de Développement evaluates, either at mid-term, at completion or after completion, the projects and programmes it finances. This approach responds to AFD’s concern to promote an enhanced dialogue on the results with its partners, to learn lessons from past operations and to provide objective information on the proper use of the public funds that it is responsible for implementing.
This evaluation study is financed by European Union for SUNREF housing programme and implemented by AFD in partnership with the National Housing Bank (NHB), generally entrusted to external consultants and involve as closely as possible its national partners, the contracting authorities for the projects and programs concerned.
Therefore, we are looking for a service provider who has good knowledge about the Green housing sector in India and must have performed similar kind of evaluation studies.
