Dans le cadre de son programme Café Lumière – vers l’autonomisation de filières locales d’accès à l’énergie hors-réseau, le Promoteur a obtenu un financement de l’Agence Française de Développement et d’autres bailleurs.
Le présent dossier de consultation des entreprises a pour but de confier l’exécution des prestations relatives Installation électrique et réseau de deux unités de production photovoltaïque de type Café Lumière dans les villages suivant :
• Kpakomey-Totakoun
• Nonhoueto-Gbetingao
