1. General Directorate of Antalya Water and Wastewater Administration - ASAT has obtained financing from Agence Française de Développement ("AFD") to cover the expenses of the Waste Management and Sewage Project - CTR 1084. It is planned to use a part of this financing for appropriate payments within the scope of the Extension of Lara Wastewater Treatment Plant Contract.
2. General Directorate of Antalya Water and Wastewater Administration - ASAT invites eligible Bidders to submit sealed bids for the Extension of Lara Wastewater Treatment Plant.
3. Interested eligible bidders can contact ALDAŞ Infrastructure Management and Consultancy Services Industry and Trade Inc. They can get more information and review the Bidding Documents from the Office; Gülveren Mahallesi, 3760 Sok., No: 15/1 07220 Kepez ANTALYA/Türkiye. 4. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 3.000 TL with a written application to the above mentioned address.
The payment method will be deposited to the TL account numbered TR63 0001 5001 5800 7292 3154 42 at Vakıflar Bankası 100. Yıl Branch (Branch Code: 313) of General Directorate of Antalya Water and Wastewater Administration, by writing the reference number ASAT C2, and the amount deposited to purchase the document will not be refunded for any reason. Purchasing the Bidding Document is a prerequisite for Bid Submission. The Bidding Document will be delivered by hand or sent by courier upon written request.
5. The provisions in the Instructions to Bidders and General Contract Conditions are within the scope of AFD's Standard Bidding Documents for “Works”.
6. All Bids must be delivered to ALDAŞ Infrastructure Management and Consultancy Services Industry and Trade Inc Gülveren Mahallesi, 3760 Sok., No: 15/1, 1st Floor Document Registration Department 07220 Kepez ANTALYA/TURKEY on 26.09.2024 at 14:00 (local time) or before.
All Bids must be valid for at least 119 days from the date of bid opening and must be accompanied by a Bid Security issued by a bank acceptable to the Administration in an amount of 700.000 Euros or equivalent in TL and valid indefinitely or for at least 147 days from the last bid submission date.
7. Late submitted Bids will not be evaluated. Electronic Bids will not be allowed.
8. Bids will be opened on 26.09.2024 at 14:15 (Local Time) at ALDAŞ Infrastructure Management and Consultancy Services Industry and Trade Inc. Gülveren Mahallesi, 3760 Sok., No: 15/1 -3. Floor Meeting Room 07220 Kepez ANTALYA/Türkiye in the presence of representatives of the bidders who choose to participate.
9. Regarding to the bidding documents, a Pre-bid Meeting will be held at Lara Wastewater Treatment Plant meeting room at Kundu-ANTALYA/TURKEY on 22.08.2024 at 10:00.
10. Qualification criteria is included in the bidding document Part 1 Bidding Procedures, Section III Evaluation and Qualification Criteria.
11. This bidding procedure is not subject to the Public Procurement Law No. 4734 and the Public Procurement Contracts Law No. 4735.
