Eligibility of Bidders:   Interested Applicants must provide information evidencing that they are qualified and experienced to perform those Services. For that purpose, documented evidence of recent and similar services shall be submitted.
Determination of the similarity of the experiences will be based on:
 The contracts size;
 The nature of the Services feasibility studies, detailed technical studies, and/or research;
 The technical area and expertise:
i. Parametric insurance products, particularly in Agriculture Insurance
ii. Actuarial or risk management in the insurance industry, preferably the agriculture insurance industry
iii. Experience in willingness-to-pay (WTP) assessments related to Agri-Insurance and Parametric Insurance
iv. Financial education, preferably in Agricutural or Insurance education
v. Web-based application development, Remote Sensing and Geographic Information System (GIS)

 Working experience in the region (Southeast Asia) or Client’s country (Philippines). Having local representatives/partners is an advantage.
