The Services of the consultant shall consist of providing Technical Assistance to the Employer/Client for the Evaluation of Technical Proposal in Construction Bidding Stage (Phase I) and due to the fact that the tender for the construction of this project will be based on a Design-Build (FIDIC Yellow Contract) type contract, providing Design & Document Review, Control and Approval of all Detailed Design Documents and Construction Supervision (including DLP) services (Phase II).

-To provide Technical Assistance to the Employer/Client for the Evaluation of Technical Proposal in Construction Bidding Stage
-To provide Construction Supervision (including DLP) services
