The People's Committee of Dong Ha City (hereinafter referred to as the 'Client') has received a grant from the Agence Française de Développement ('AFD') to cover the costs of the Central Coastal Urban Development Project – building green growth and resilience to climate change in Dong Ha city. The Client will use a portion of the grant to fund the Contract for which this Request for Proposals (RFP) has been issued.
The Project Management Unit of Central Coastal Urban Development – building green growth and resilience to climate change in Dong Ha city, representing the Client, is currently inviting proposals for the provision of Consultancy Services for Technical Assistance and Capacity Strengthening. Details of the Services are provided in the Terms of Reference attached to the Request for Proposals.
