The Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS), through the Lomé-based Regional Agency for Agriculture and Food (RAAF) and with the financial support of the Agence Française de Développement (AFD) and the European Union (EU) as a contribution to the DéSIRA+ Project in West Africa, is making available a total envelope of twelve million (12,000,000) Euros to finance field projects for an Agroecological Transition in West Africa: From Innovation to Scale-Up.
Funding will be granted to high-quality projects whose results will help to increase the incomes and resilience of producers in the agro-sylvo-pastoral and fisheries sectors to climate change by mobilising agroecological processes to intensify production.

The project brief must be submitted in PDF format via a platform: https://appels.araa.org/.
Online submission (https://appels.araa.org/) is compulsory and will be the only one considered.
To avoid last-minute connection problems, please submit your files at least two (2) hours before the closing time.
The deadline for submission of project brief notes is June 3, 2025 at 23:59 GMT.
Any project submission received after the above deadline will be rejected and will not be evaluated.
